Tim Conrad, JD

President

Profile
- Tim serves as President and Co-Owner of Stimulus, LLC. Tim assists companies in all areas of incentives procurement, including incentives negotiation, site selection analysis, and ongoing compliance.
- Tim has extensive experience in delivering incentive services. He previously worked as a state and local tax manager with a large regional accounting firm, where he was a multistate project manager for their incentives practice. Tim has also worked in the legal division of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation.
Education
- Tim graduated summa cum laude from Taylor University with a BS degree in Finance and magna cum laude from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law with a JD degree. As an early indicator of being a tax nerd, Tim received the IBA Taxation Section Scholarship and the Patrick J. Burns Excellence in Tax Award.
Personal
- Tim is an active member of Cornerstone Bible Church in Westfield, IN, where he volunteers in the children’s ministry. He also volunteers with Campus Life in Zionsville. Tim is married and has two sons and a daughter.

Matthew Conrad

Profile
- Matt serves as a Principal at Stimulus, LLC. Matt assists Stimulus and its clients with strategic guidance. Matt has represented numerous companies to obtain and structure federal, state and local economic development incentives including Tax Abatement, Tax Increment Financing, and various tax credits such as New Markets Tax Credits.
- In addition, Matt serves as an attorney with Frost Brown Todd. Matt is also an inactive Certified Public Accountant.
Education
- Matt graduated magna cum laude from Taylor University with a BS degree in Finance and Accounting and cum laude from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law with a JD degree.
Personal
- Matt and his wife Nicole enjoy cooking and traveling and playing with their two daughters. Matt attends College Park Church and serves on the boards of Center for Leadership Development and DREAM Alive.
